Nordea MyLife is a mobile application that encourages healthier lifestyles by linking physical activity to improved insurance coverage. Users earn activity points based on their daily movement, which can increase their insurance coverage by up to 25%, along with access to additional benefits and discounts.
I was responsible for the UX and UI design of the application as part of a multidisciplinary product team. My work included designing user journeys and interaction flows, creating concepts, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes for activity tracking, progress, and rewards.
The key challenge was to present activity data and insurance benefits in a way that is both clear and motivating.
The result is a mobile application that clearly visualizes user activity and progress, connects behavior with tangible insurance benefits and encourages long-term engagement through feedback and rewards. The service has been well received by customers and is actively used as part of the MyLife insurance product.

Nordea Insurance is integrated into Nordea’s online banking platform, enabling customers to manage life insurance and savings products in one place.
I was responsible for the end-to-end UX and UI design of the service. This included designing customer journeys, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and data visualizations in close collaboration with product owners, developers, and analytics specialists.
The key challenge was to present complex insurance and savings data in a clear and understandable way, while making actions such as updates, changes, and claims submission as simple as possible. The service also needed to integrate seamlessly into the broader online banking experience.
The result was a scalable, responsive web service that allows users to manage insurance policies, monitor savings performance, submit claims easily, and access other key services.
The service was continuously improved through analytics, user feedback, and iterative design. It meets WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards and was tested with screen readers in multiple languages.

The service was successfully launched as Content Cloud, providing users with a unified and intuitive experience across devices and platforms.

Designed digital learning experiences for major companies including Fortum, Nokia, Nokian Tyres, Suunto, and Valio.
I created user interfaces and produced a wide range of visual content, including illustrations, infographics, photography, vector graphics, and 3D animations.
The goal was to present complex information in a clear, engaging, and easy-to-understand format, while adapting to diverse brand guidelines.
The projects resulted in visually engaging and effective learning experiences that improved user engagement and comprehension. Many courses included interactive knowledge tests, often enhanced with gamified elements. This work required strong UX thinking, visual storytelling, and the ability to adapt to different brand guidelines.
